How is each piece made? Every piece is handmade by me, Reese, the owner of Nyiwarri Yarn - I’m a single woman show! To make each piece I may use knitting needles or a manual flat-bed knitting machine, or a mixture of both. I also seam by hand or with a sewing machine. I take my time crafting each piece so that it is made to last!

What if it doesn’t fit? If your item does not fit please contact me immediately so I can try alter the piece. As each item takes time to make (e.g., cardigans may take up to 6 weeks to make), I ask that you please post ill-fitting pieces back so that I can rectify this.

What materials are used? At this stage Nyiwarri Yarn items are made from a mixture of Wool and Acrylic yarn - I am currently working towards using 100% sustainable materials. Yarn type will be noted in each listing.

How long is shipping? Depending on the item it may take me up to 6-weeks to hand make a piece before shipping it to you - a note will be added in the listing if this is the case. Otherwise, if an item is already made, I will process your order within 2–3 business days. Once with Australia Post delivery times will vary.
