Shipping and Returns Policy

All items will be shipped via Australia post. Please note that some items are made to order so there may be up to a 1-week delay in shipping. A note is made on each listing stating whether the item is ready to ship or will be delayed.

At this stage Nyiwarri Yarn does not offer international shipping and only posts within Australia.

Shipping costs (flat rates)

All orders over $200 will receive free standard shipping! Automatically applied at checkout.

Returns/Exchanges

Currently returns will only be accepted for faulty items (in accordance with Australian Consumer Law). If your item is ill-fitting you may be able to exchange this for the correct size if it is in stock or able to be altered. Unfortunately returns will not be offered for change of mind. If there is an issue with your order please contact Nyiwarri.Yarn@gmail.com or message us via instagram so that we can try to rectify the situation.

Return to Sender and Wrong Shipping Address

If your order is posted to the wrong address, due to a typo whilst placing your order, the cost to re-ship are covered by the customer. You will be contacted and sent an invoice for the required shipping costs.
